Lauren Pincus joined the Firm as an associate in 2011. Ms. Pincus’s practice focuses on both corporate matters and litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Pincus was an associate in the banking department of Allen & Overy LLP. Her experience covers a broad range of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured lending, securitizations, derivatives, project finance and construction. She has represented clients in such matters as the acquisition of a $1,000,000,000 multinational corporation, the construction of a series of solar power plants in Europe, a sovereign debt offering by a Caribbean government, and the litigation of complex disputes involving securitizations.

Ms. Pincus has a particular interest in international matters and has also worked with human rights NGOs in Argentina, Hungary and New York on issues of judicial reform, discrimination and freedom of expression.

Ms. Pincus is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish.
