Lisa L. Ruesch

Lisa Ruesch has represented clients in a wide range of matters in the federal and state courts both at the trial and appellate levels. Her experience includes defending securities and antitrust class action lawsuits, as well as litigations concerning intellectual property disputes, fraud, and breaches of contract. Ms. Ruesch also has significant experience in family law.

Ms. Ruesch’s pro bono work has included the successful settlement of a breastfeeding discrimination claim; obtaining asylum for a Guinean political activist; and representation of 55 restaurant workers in a high-profile, wage-and-hour labor dispute.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ruesch was an associate in the litigation department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, and an appellate attorney at The Children’s Law Center.
