Priscilla Djirackor

Ms. Djirackor joined the Firm as an associate in 2007. She received her J.D. in Business Law and Master's Degree in Anglo-American Business Law with High Honors from the University of Paris X - Nanterre. Ms Djirackor attended Fordham University School of Law and received her LL.M in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law in 2007.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Djirackor worked for a leading French luxury apparel and textile group and a major music and entertainment company. Ms. Djirackor's experience includes copyright clearance, copyright infringement, trademark registration and infringement, counterfeiting, licensing agreements, corporate fiduciary duties, reorganization plans and insurance law.

Ms. Djirackor is fluent in French and Spanish.
