Mr. Finkelstein's experience includes all phases of litigation, including motion practice and taking and defending depositions in state and federal courts as well as before arbitration tribunals. He has represented clients with respect to a multi-million dollar breach of contract claim concerning theft of intellectual property, fraudulent concealment concerning real estate investments against an international brokerage firm, violation of civil rights against The City of New York in connection with a false arrest as part of a mass arrest, a class-action concerning allegations of market-timing, valuation of a corporation in a stockholder buy-out proceeding, regulatory investigations, a dispute concerning ownership of pharmacies, enforcement of promissory notes, and domestication and enforcement of foreign judgments.

Mr. Finkelstein also practices in the area of trusts and estates, including probating wills, administering estates (including liquidating assets, making distributions, and preparing and filing state and federal estate tax returns), asserting creditor claims against estates, petitioning the court for resignations of fiduciaries, and drafting related estate planning documents.

Mr. Finkelstein's transactional experience includes drafting operational agreements and privacy policies for a leading health club venture.
