Mr. Busloff’s experience includes all phases of litigation, including discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and trial practice, in state and federal courts as well as before arbitration tribunals and in administrative proceedings. He has represented clients with respect to securities fraud, both individually and in the class action context, professional malpractice, writs of habeas corpus, products liability, consumer fraud, disputes concerning location of utility equipment, fraudulent concealment concerning real estate investments, wrongful death, personal injury, domestication and enforcement of foreign judgments, and probating wills.

Additionally, Mr. Busloff’s transactional experience includes negotiating and drafting asset sale agreements, security and management agreements, and corporate documents, as well as offering advice to corporate and individual clients with respect to formulating and implementing strategic business solutions.

Mr. Busloff has a particular interest in technology, and works regulalry with firm attorneys to implement technology solutions for use in discovery, at hearings, and at trial.
