Mr. Busloff’s experience includes all phases of litigation, including discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and trial practice, in state and federal courts as well as before arbitration tribunals. He has represented clients with respect to securities fraud, both individually and in the class action context, professional malpractice, writs of habeas corpus, products liability, disputes concerning location of utility equipment, fraudulent concealment concerning real estate investments, domestication and enforcement of foreign judgments, and probating wills. Additionally, Mr. Busloff’s experience includes drafting asset sale agreements, security and management agreements, and corporate documents.
