Tim Bauman is a litigator and advisor with experience in a broad range of areas including breach of contract, defamation, and other commercial actions in state and federal courts and the prosecution of Article 78 Special Proceedings against government agencies.  He has also been called upon by a number of leading modeling agencies to provide legal advice on a wide range of matters including particularly labor and employment matters.

Mr. Bauman brings to the practice of law a decade of experience in the entertainment business, having run several of New York City’s most successful nightlife venues and their ancillary business units, including those responsible for overall marketing and branding efforts nationally. This experience has given Mr. Bauman a unique perspective to appreciate client concerns and objectives.

For ten years, Mr. Bauman has hosted a nationally broadcast radio show on Sirius XM Satellite Radio.
